Description:
For this swap you will create an ATC with Hearts as the theme. Not necessarily Valentine's Day (but that would count). Hearts do not have to be traditionally red. Sender's choice. You will have 2 partners. Must use the standard size ATC 2.5 x 3.5 and be on a sturdy base. Please do not sticker slap this. Be creative and use some sort of technique. I will angel after a 1 rating and being notified that your partner did not follow through.
