ATCJ: Torn Paper Collage starter set

Here is a starter set that should include torn paper in a collage as the background. The cards don't have to be exactly the same but they need to be part of a set using similar papers.

An example might be to have strips of paper glued onto a sturdy background or even use a master board and cut it down to ATC sized cards.

You create the starter set and send to your partner who will be the middle and will send on to the finisher of their choice.
