I did these swaps a few years ago and wanted to do them again. You will have 2 partners. Please send one postcard to each of your 2 partners with a State Flag on it. They do not need to be the state you live in. Any state flag will do. These can be real photo pc, artsy, etc. This is senders choice. Please rate your partner a five if you receive a postcard with a State Flag on it. Please send stamped & naked. This can be any type of "bought" postcard - store-bought, zazzle, vintage, etc, but no handmade cards please.
