Secret Code 🔑🔒 (make your own and write a letter!)

Hello everyone! This is my first time hosting a swap and I am quite excited. Please bear with me. 🐻

For this swap there will be three parts:

1. You will be coming up with your very own secret code legend. This swap's photo of the "fairy code" is a great example. Just make up and draw one symbol per letter (you're welcome to include numbers as well, but it's not required). Please hand draw the symbols and don't just print them out.

2. Chose a photo (either one you took or found online) that you want to say something about. For example, you could choose a photo of you as a baby, a picture of your favorite place to vacation, a character from your favorite TV show, a polaroid of your pet etc.

3. Write a note using your secret code (the symbols) describing what it is you wanted to say about the photo. When your swap partner decodes your message, perhaps they will see your photo in a whole new light, learn something new or have a deeper appreciation for the image.

So to sum it up, your letter will contain a photo, a secret code legend that you've drawn and a secret letter written in code that talks about the significance of the image. If your partner sends you these 3 things on time, they should get a 5.

If you can't draw very well and/or you don't excel at photography, don't worry! Just try your best. 🙂
