Description:

Since many of us have had to cancel or postpone travel plans this year, I thought it would be fun to do a travel themed swap! For this swap, you will have two weeks to create a nice, thoughtfully prepared happy mail for your partner. This is not the time to simply toss some items in an envelope. Let's try to put a smile on our partner's face!

The requirements are as follows:

(1) Create a folder, flip book, pocket tag...something to hold your swap goodies.

(2) STUFF your folder/flipbook/whatever with at least 3 different types of tavel themed flat items. These can be postcards, stickers, washi samples, ephemera, foreign stamps or coins, envelopes, scrapbook paper, etc. Check your partner's profile to find out what types of items they like to use. Feel free to add additional profile based items, but at least 3 should be travel themed. Be generous! Your envie needs to weigh OVER 1 oz. / 28 grams, so more than a typical letter.

(3) Include a short note to your partner telling them about a trip you would like to take. This can be something you have actually planned, or a dream vacation! Don't forget to include the swap name and your user name.

(4) Decorate the envelope! Put some effort into this, don't just slap on some stickers or tape.

Now for the fine print...a 4.99 rating is required for this swap. No unresolved 1s or 3s. You must have a well filled out profile, including a list of the types of items you like to receive. I will angel if necessary.

Happy Swapping!
