movie soundtrack cd ~international~

I have an idea for a neat way to do this. Would you be willing for this swap to waive the "no more than 2 songs/artist" rule? There are only so many soundtrack musicians and it would really open it up to make a neat CD. I already have an outline planned in my head.

Also could you make the send to date May3 or 5th? A lot of us are paid on the 3rd (social security) or the 5th and it would make it a lot easier on us for postage.

It seems with soundtracks, we would possibly run into this and if I do my idea, I know I will. I won't do it though unless you say it is okay and put it in the description. :) I'm not that much of a rebel. LOL

Its a really good idea to say no more as 2 from one artist and so on. I think only than it will be a mixed cd and no one will only born a original soundtrack and send them complete. I always open for tips and wishes.

So is it no more than two songs per composer or per movie/tv show? In other words, what if I have ten movies that all have music done by one composer, yet the music is entirely different - the composer say did one scifi movie, one romance, one adventure, etc... but all the same person who wrote the music. OR would it be only two per composer regardless of of the movies/tv shows? Does this make sense? I am thinking of the guy who did so many of the Star Trek movies - he also did 8 zillion movies that are nrelated to Star Trek.

I hope this makes sense. I am hoping for no more than two of the same movie/tv show rather than who wrote the music is this case.

What about profanity? I never pay attention to whether it's there or not, so that means it wouldn't be excessive. Is this more for instrumental type sound tracks or songs that were popular from the movie- just whatever you want? I'm working on mine and it would help to know a little more, I've never done a CD swap before, I feel lost :) Thanks so much for your help, in advance.

Oh yeah, can I do 16 tracks? That way there are two from each album?

You can do 16 tracks or more. Just at least 15 songs.

Are we talking just instrumentals or can songs have lyrics?

Example: Goldfinger vs. James Bond theme

what about cover songs from movies/tv shows? For example Less Than Jake did a whole lot of really funny covers for Grease, Happy Days, and stuff like that.

And what about video game music? Or music from plays and broadways... should we take the movie version or the orginal casting?

8D I can make a track list with over 15 songs, but i have a lot of really fun cover songs.
