- Due to the price of postage, I am keeping this inside the USA. If someone wanted to do an International version, feel free to.
- You will have 1 partner for this swap.
- Can be a 9in by 12in (or bigger) bubble envelope or a box ( this is senders choice based on what they can afford)
- Must pack the bag/box full of Self Care items. Please don't put only a few things in and call it filled.
- Please don't send anything dirty or bad smelling.
- Check your partners profile please ! Make sure their not allergic or specifically say not to send anything. this is a self care package for them, please tailor it to them as much as possible.

Eye Masks, Face Masks, Hair Masks, Teas, Hot Cocoa, Essential Oils, Essential Oil Recipes, Worry Stones, Worry Dolls, Chapstick, Mini Candle, Lotion, Socks, Puzzles, Word Puzzles, Color Book/Pages, Bible Versus (Check their profile before including these), Daily Horoscope, Mini Journals, Sage, Hand sanitizer, Open When Letters, Self Care Routines, and anything else that you feel fits in with the Self Care theme.
