Description: | |
Let's have some fun and stir up some creativity in our partners and ourselves. The idea behind this swap is to inspire your partner to create a pocket letter using ONLY the supplies you send them (well, they can use their own adhesive, but that is all). This is part 1. When we have part 2 of the swap, you'll send your finished pocket letter to a partner (but we will get to that later). For this first swap, you will send the following to your partner: * One (1) pocket letter sleeve (baseball card sleeve that holds 9 cards * A minimum of nine (9) coordinating background papers, cut at 2.5 by 3.5 inches. You may send eighteen (18) if you'd like the pocket letter to have paper on the front and the back. * A gooble-di-goob amount of goodies to decorate the pocket letter. Think.... washi, enamel dots, bling, stickers, embellishments, sequins, buttons, ribbon, etc... When you receive your "pocket-letter-making-kit-extraordinaire," you have one rule --- make the pocket letter using ONLY the items sent to you by your partner. The only thing you may use that belongs to you is adhesive. That is it. This will be a hard rule to keep, but this is what will stretch us creatively. We all have our different styles and techniques. Let's step out of our personal crafty zone and stretch our ideas. Reach out to Shannon, Allie or Brianne with any questions. Big crafty hugs to you all amazing ladies xoxoxoxo |
