Description:

This is round two of the Washi Sample Scavenger Hunt swap! I'm so happy 38 people joined this swap last round. I hope you like the themes for this one! This is a very straightforward swap you can prepare ahead of time. Please join only if you think you can commit to sending these washi samples.

For this swap you will send one partner 10 washi samples, 15 inches/ 40 cm each. Please include a note for your partner with your swap ID and the name of this swap. The washis must match the following categories:

  1. glitter

  2. narrow/thin

  3. spring themed

  4. wide/thick

  5. hearts

  6. writing/words

  7. green (as main color, or solid color)

  8. neon or a solid bright color (no patterns, and no pastels or muted colors)

  9. and 10. are sender's choice

Please no unresolved ones or threes in the past year - I will change all profiles and will ban at my own discretion if I feel like you're a questionable swapper. Newbies are welcome with a well filled out profile (at least 5 sections, tell us a bit about yourself, why you're here and what you like and don't like). I can angel if needed, but hope there won't be a need :)

  1. is?

I don’t think neon is very common. I’ve never seen that. Not having that one might prevent a lot of people, including me, from joining.

I agree with thebragal- I don’t have any neon and don’t particually want to look for one to purchase because I’m not a fan of neons.

@thebragal & @PrettyAlice -- I had no idea, neon washi seems to be a thing in stationery shops over here. Would it be easier for you to send a solid bright color (not pastel)? I'd be happy to change the category.

@Paperboats9 would metallic gold work for #8?

thebragal 06/15/2019 #

I’m not sure I have any solid bright colors either. I’ll have to check. Bright colors aren’t my thing. But don’t change it for me.

@thisismeAXiD Let's say yes :)
