Upcycle a notecard to Postcard NF

This is Type 2 as it does not involve much crafting.

Take a notecard you received, but won't preserve for the "note". Take its pretty front. Make it into a postcard. If you feel it's not sturdy enough, back it up. Of course, if the back is written on, you have to back it up. If using a backing make sure it sticks If the back falls off, the PC will not reach.

Write a note. MAKE SURE TO WRITE YOUR NAME, USERNAME & SWAP'S NAME in it. Apply adequate postage, send in time. Decorating is optional.

For rated partners, minimum rating 4.98. If any members need to be contacted for clarification, then assigning partners will take 2 to 3 days. Allow me that much time. Late swaps on your dashboard will also lead to being banned this round. Also people who are not online since 3 days before the date of assigning partners will be dropped for this round.
