International. I love to make and get handmade postcards. For this swap, you will draw on one postcard (the front not the back). You can draw anything you want (keep it clean). You can use any artistic medium you choose, pencils, pens, brushes, color, black and white. Just make sure it is a regulation size postcard. Send it naked, written on, and stamped. Rate a 5 if your partner has met all the swap requirements, hearts are up to you. Newbies welcome with a well filled out profile. Established swappers must have a rating of 4.98. No recent 1's or 3's. I will check profiles. I will angel this swap ONLY after you have contacted the person who is supposed to send to you, you haven't received a reply and you have rated a 1. This is a sender's choice swap so even if you do not like what you receive, you cannot rate down. You must have logged on to swapbot at least two days before swap signup date or you will be removed. There is also a USA only version of this swap. Suggestions: I have received some homemade pc's that were destroyed through the postal system machines and arrived ripped. To combat this choose a sturdy type of paper, like heavy cardstock. The postcard you make should be about the same thickness as a regular postcard. If you're afraid the paper you have is too flimsy, you can glue more than one piece together to make it sturdier. You can also laminate your card by putting Scotch clear packing tape over the front to make it sturdier. I recommend Scotch brand as it is the strongest and cheaper brands don't work as well. I encourage all newbies to join the newbie helpers forum. In addition to great info about swap-bot, it also has newbie friendly swaps. newbie forum |
