Mermaid ATC inside and out

Create one ATC with a MERMAID theme on it, and send it in an envelope decorated the same

You can use any artistic medium you like, as you long as you make a nice well made ATC . No sticker slapping on the ATC.

The envelope only has to have the front decorated. You can decorate with drawings, collage, stickers or make your envelope from a magazine page. Please tape your envelope if you are making it from a magazine page or collage.

You need to have completed and be rated for 10 type 3 swaps. Newer members please fill lot your profiles. Even though I set a rating filter I still check profiles.
