I know some folks are suffering from the 4th nor'easter in three weeks, or rain and tornadoes and we are all waiting for spring to arrive. Let's look for the light at the end of the long, dark, wintry tunnel and make rainbow art to brighten our mailboxes. Create one postcard or decorated envelope with a rainbow theme.
