1 Photo: Sender's Choice

I just started a group for photo swaps called Snap Happy, so this swap is partially a promotion for that group. Of course, since this is a public swap, you do not need to join the group to participate--but if you like photography swaps in general, please check the group out....

December can be a nutty time, so here's a very low-pressure photo swap. You'll have one partner and you'll send that partner one photo which you have taken.

Subject matter is open: it can be an old favorite, a new photo that you're proud of and would like to share, or something that you think your partner would like based on their profile.

Similarly open-ended is the kind of photo you send: any size and format from any kind of camera is fair game. Digital alteration (or not) is also up to you.

While subject and format are sender's choice, here are some other parameters: 1) Please make sure your photo is printed on quality photo paper. It doesn't matter whether it's matte or glossy, home-printed or commercially printed, as long as the result is a good print. 2) Please send your photo in an envelope (to protect it) by the regular post (this isn't an e-swap).

The fine print: 1) Unrated swappers with a carefully filled out profile are welcome. 2) Rated swappers should have a rating over 4.95 and no problems in their swap history. If there's something on your profile or in your swapping history which you think would raise eyebrows, please PM me in advance. 3) This is an international swap.
