March Spell Kit for Relaxation

One suggestion a member made is for us to create spell kits. This will be a 12-month series in 2018. Join any month you feel drawn to. When you sign up, be sure your profile states allergies, likes and dislikes to make the swap pleasing for you enjoy and for your partner to assemble.

The theme for March is Relaxing the Body & the Mind. When we are able to relax both our body and our mind, there is less stress in our spirits. We don't even realize how stressed we are and how our focus slips away from what we really want and need.

Sender's choice, however, it should contain at least five (5) items from the list below:

1. Suggestions, affirmations, or guides for relaxing

2. FIVE candles your partner can set on the altar (suggesting Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit). Can be tea-lights in foil or plastic containers.

3. Shell(s) representing the element of Water

4. Stone(s) or Crystal(s) representing the element of Earth

5. A Fan, either store-bought or hand-made representing the element of Air

6. Body oils, lotions, or soaps (be sure to check your partner's profile for allergies) representing the spirit within

7. Prayer Flag

8. Talisman, charm, doll, or pillow (etc.) that reminds your partner she is wonderful!

9. Tarot reading with card images (this would be typed and printed)

10. Your tips for relaxing: Put this on card stock that is about 5 x 7 and is one-sided so it can be glued into your partner's Sacred Journal as a section divider. Decorate it so that it still lays flat in the book. Recipients can use it as this marker and write in the following pages their own preferences and magickal experiences.
