Send your partner 3 blank U.S. State map postcards in an envelope. The postcards must contain state information either on the front or back (eg.state bird, state flower, etc.) Postcards should be unwritten and unstamped. They should be store bought only and of good quality. (No handmade/freebie/ad/zazzle). The swap is International.
