This is a great idea for a swap, though I am hesitant to join, as you are really counting on receiving the kit from your partner quickly, and with it being international, the time in between is insufficient for receipt of the kit. I am also curious, is the rating for receiving the kit? Or creating a piece from the kit? I am guessing receiving and sending back is not rated?

YES I can not figure out how to get 2 dates so one would be rated at the time of receiving the supply envy, hoping it would be as if someone did a RAK and leave comments on ones page about the art work received ... I would love more feed back or any ideas on how to get a second rating ... This really would be a swap on honor system and I would have to make sure all involved would be a high rating swapper ... and as for international WELL I just like the thought of having MORE participants ... If I host only Canadian well it limits participants

You could make a round one and a round two of this swap, one for the kit and another for sending a completed piece. However, I would suggest making the deadline out further for international swappers, as mail simply takes too long to get to it's destination and most wont arrive in the given timeframe, making participants late through no fault of their own. Just a suggestion!

(April 30- May 6 is only 6 days for the kit to get anywhere)

I love the idea of this swap! Making rounds is a good idea. That way if someone doesn't get theirs in time they can just wait for round 3.

Being an international swap, although it's nice to be included it does seem to present mail problems, what do you think? In a swap I am I am I am waiting three weeks to receive an ATC from Russia.

I had mail come from overseas that was postmarked 1/17 and I received it March 20.

hmmm lots of great ideas thank you everyone ... the 6 day is only to get the package in the mail not receive it ... I was thinking horror system that when you receive the package you let the person KNOW then you have a week or so to make something and then send it back and again LET the other person KNOW via this thread or ??? there's a place as well to the left of everyone's profile to leave random comments a good place to let known public about ratings AND SUCH ???

as per making it a rounds kinda thing my thoughts is how do I get everyone to have the same partner ... FOR the computer picks partners and you need to receive the package back from the original sender ...

I love your idea. But the time frame does not fit me now. So if you are interested I would love to do a private swap out of it a bit later. PM me if you are interested.
