Description:
Swap 5 handmade envelopes with 2 partners. These can be handmade by you or maybe handmade envelopes from past swaps you cannot use. Any paper is acceptable as long as it is mailable and not falling apart. Each envelope needs to be different color/pattern. Nothing smaller than 4 1/2 x 5 1/2. New swappers allowed as long as you have a well filled out profile. No recent 3s or 1s. Even if you dont like the pattern/color of the envelopes, please rate 5 as long as you received it on time and that it meets requirements. I reserve the right to ban anyone for any reason with or without explanation.

Do the envelopes have to have to be able to be sealed? I have never figured out how to do that. I always use stickers.

You can use double sided tape. You can find some with a backing in the craft stores. or use double sided tape that does not have a backing, then cut strips of wax paper or parchment paper to cover the tape. Then the recipient can just peel it off. That's what I've done both work well. I hope that helps.

hmm that didnt work. heres a pic. you can get it from anywhere pretty much. it is what i use when i make my own envies. i love this.

No it doesn't have to had adhesive or a seal. :) but yes- that tape is awesome!
