It can be an used item but not broken or dirty. It could be a toy, a figurine, a purse, a pencase. Whatever. But please be careful! Sanrio items usually have 2 dates close to the Sanrio items, i.e 1976, 2008. The first date is referred to the date of creation of Hello Kitty, the second date is referred to the year of production of the item.
