Description:

This is a collaboration swap where you will send your partner a flip book base and a few coordinating pieces to be used by your partner to create ONE page in your book. This works just like a collab post card swap with a few different components so please be on the lookout for the next round of this swap so you can pass your books along.
If this is your first round, Welcome! This is how it works. You will create a base for a flip book that you will get back once it is all decorated and filled. Your flip book should be no larger than 6X6 and no smaller than 4X4. You will decorate the front cover in your desired style and on the back, you will list your name and address as well as your swap bot name so it can be sent home when full. Below that, add a spot for the 4 folks who decorate a page in your book to sign and date as well as tell what page they made and explain the decor they added.
You will include some small mix of matching papers, cardstock, ephemera, punchies, die cuts, mini-envies, blank tags, stickers and/or maybe some washi samples that match your binding or decor. You dont have to send along EVERYTHING listed, these are just examples of a few things but make sure you send along enough for each one of your books 4 future recipients to use a little bit so your book will be cohesive throughout. Then mail everything off to your partner. Keep in mind that not everything you send will get used in your book, since future partners may incorporate their own items into the book. Also, dont feel as if you have to send along a ton of stuff. You want to allow the collaborators to use some of their own stash, but do send enough so that there are choices. Each recipient should also be adding a little of their own style and pizzazz to your book through their stash items. NOW.. once you get your swap from your partner, you will create one page in the book. You must use something from the initially included extras on your page, but please use your own stash for the majority of your page. Feel free to create handmade embellishments using your own goods along with the stuff included. This will help to "merge" your stash items into the book in a cohesive manor. Please make one pocket, envelope, tag or flip on your page and either include a small goodie you would have added inside the pocket/envie or behind the flip, or you may add some of your own coordinating stash items to the "extras" bag for future collaborators to incorporate. Make sure you sign the back with what you did inside the book, what you added for a goodie and remember to date it. Then hold on to this book for the next round of this swap, where you will pass it along to the next player.
Since this is a senders choice type swap, feel free to begin your base and start collecting the things you wish to mail along with it.
I have classified this as a type 3 swap and it IS international so please be aware of the increased shipping cost when you join. If you want a U.S. Only swap, feel free to create one & let me know and I will link it here. I reserve the right to ban anyone from this swap for any reason, at any time and without explanation. You must maintain a 4.98 or above rating & have no unresolved/unexplained 1's or 3's in the last 6 months to join. I do check. This swap is brought to you by the Flip Book Fanatic group. Feel free to stop by and join!
