Just received noticed that we (Canada Post employees) have been issued 72 hour Lockout notice. Effective Friday, the 8th, we will not be working.

In light of this, I feel I should withdraw from this Swap.

Will look to join you when we are working again.

Sorry for the silly question but what is naked and stamped mean? Do I send just with a regular post card stamp? Does naked mean not In an envelope?
