Description:

Since I felt that the last reading challenge was well received I am creating another one :D You'll have one month to read your book, I think that's sufficient. Make sure to choose a book you have not read before.

This time the task is: Read a book that is set in Europe

  1. Choose a book

  2. Read your book

  3. Send your partners a short review on the book. What is it about? How did you like it? etc..

I know we are all friends here, but if you are sending out emails. Use the BCC function. If you do not know how to use BCC - ask google. He knows ;-)

Some people like to feature the electronic swaps on their blogs (as I do sometimes). That is fine as well. Just send your partners the link.

It should be clear, but if you are flaking here, you will get kicked off the group.

Does it have to be a book we start after partners are assigned? Or could it be a book we've read recently (or, in my case, the book I'm reading right now)?

@reader44ever this is why you have a month for this swap. You should choose a book extra for this swap. If the book you are reading right now was chosen for this swap you can use it :-)

I have another question: Does the European location have to exist in our reality? Or can it be fictional?

chaari 06/21/2016 #

@reader44ever I am not sure if I understand the question. How can a place in europe be fictional?

Chaari (sorry, i do not know how to link your name), I'm currently reading Something from the Nightside, which is book one in a series that is set mostly in the Nightside. The Nightside is "the secret heart of London." So it's in London, which is in Europe, but not in London. If you see what I mean.

So I was wondering if I could read a book from this series for this swap. (I read mostly Urban Fantasies, so fictional locales are pretty common. And sometimes, like with the Nightside series, we know which continent they're on that would match what we have in our reality.)

@reader44ever (just put an @ infront of the Name) ahhh ok I See. I can't think of any reason why you could not read a book from this series. :) have a great read!

Great! Thanks @chaari !!! (I'm testing the name-linking.) :-)
