We all have down days sometimes and I know when I do, it always helps to receive something nice in the post. For this swap, you will send your partner a little package of happiness.

The package must include:

A letter introducing yourself, what you do, where you're from, your interests, etc.
Your favourite uplifting quote
3 things you do to make yourself feel better when you're sad
An edible treat
Stickers
A random gift based on their profile

IMPORTANT

Please read their profile thoroughly to make sure what you're sending is appropriate. This is particularly important when choosing what food to send.
The uplifting quote doesn't have to be handwritten, but either way make sure it is presented nicely.
The stickers could be a sticker sheet, or they could be individual stickers. Please make sure there are at least 10 of them.
