Maximum Card Swap-International

This swap is for 1 maximum card, also known as a maxi card.

What is a maxi card? I'm glad you asked! In short, maxi cards are a postcard, sent naked through the postal system without an envelope. The stamp should match the theme of the card's photograph, and should be placed somewhere on the FRONT of the card in an obvious enough place to be seen by the postal worker. In most cases, for maximum concordance, which is where the phrase for maximum cards came from, is that the postmark must tie in in some way. Example: if you have a photo postcard of Marilyn Monroe, a stamp with Marilyn, and a postmark from Hollywood, CA.

For this swap, please send one postcard of any theme to your partner, where the stamp is on the front of the card, and the postcard theme matches the stamp. You may also tie in the postmark (date or city in some way corresponding to the topic), but it is not required for this swap, though it is desired. On the back, write about your topic, particularly if the postmark is tied in to the theme.

As always, I reserve the right to ban anyone for any reason, without explanation unless I feel like it. Rating required for this swap is 4.98. If you have any 1s or 3s that have been unresolved, you may be ineligible for this swap. If anyone is flaked on, I will angel, or arrange an angel once you have rated the swapper who flaked a 1, after attempting to resolve it with that swapper and/or myself. I will be giving more time than usual for a postcard swap to be completed due to the difficulty in getting a theme and date in accordance.
