Description:
This is a postcard swap that requires a hand-canceled postmark!! This does not mean just throw it in a mailbox on the 13th. Please do not join if you can't have this done ON May 13th, 2016. Send your partner a written postcard of any kind. On the 13th of May, have your postal clerk hand cancel it. Failure to do this will mean a 3 rating!! I'll assign partners a couple of days early so that you have time to get it ready. If I didn't scare you, please join me!! : D
