Description:
Make one decorated envelope using your craft punches or die-cuts. (I found some sticky paper that I can cut with my Fiskars Fuse.) But of course you can cut, punch and glue. Please include a small flat surprise inside - maybe some more mail art supplies. Any questions? Ask below. All of my swaps are international - feel free to copy to make a USA-only version.
