February Friendship Swap

This swap is for folks who'd like to connect with a new friend and share a box of special gifts, without the hearts and red glitter. It is NOT a Valentine's Day swap.

Look at your partner's profile for ideas, likes and dislikes. Choose at least 5 small items to send as friendship gifts. Some suggestions:

• tea/coffee/cocoa packets

• favorite snacks

• small candles

• note cards

• stationery

• stickers

• potpourri

• small bath or personal care items

• craft supplies (see profile)

• fuzzy socks

• current craft related magazine

These are just a few ideas. Once you get started you'll come up with more of your own. Make the box fun and interesting, and something you'd enjoy receiving. Five items is the minimum, you can include more if you think your partner would like it.

Again, NOT a Valentine's swap, so please try not to include things in red foil, etc. I know it is hard for certain items this time of year, like candy, so I'll allow ONE item in holiday packaging.

Write a note or short letter to your partner. You can talk about yourself, your day, or why you chose the gifts you did.

Due to the expense of this swap there is a strict requirement of:

-- a 4.98 rating

-- at least 5 completed and top rated type 3 swaps

-- NO 1's or 3's since Nov 1 2014

I understand that mistakes happen, but this is a low-tolerance swap and I will drop anyone who looks like they need to get their "stuff" together.
