Description:

Do you love the quilted look? Do you have paper? Would it be nice not to pull out that sewing machine?

Then this project might be for you :)

This is not difficult to make, looks totally amazing, is fun to design and uses up a bit of that scrap paper you probably have piling up.

Check out this tutorial to see if you are up for the challenge.

All you have to do is make 1 card for 1 partner and send it in a pretty envelope (either handmade to use up your paper, or decorated if its store bought).

You may choose to leave the card blank for your partner to use, in which case you can write your greeting on a separate paper, or you may choose to write in it. Maybe ask your partner what they would prefer. I think I'll make 2 for mine, one to write in and one for them to keep but the decision is yours.

I will also leave the size of the squares up to you (does not necessarily have to be 1.5" x 1.5"- use whatever size you like).

I am also allowing the embossing (the pattern) to be optional. If you have an embossing machine, thats awesome, if not, please don't worry. We would love to see your creation and have you join in.

Starting late Jan and 2 weeks to make.

Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy and please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Happy crafting & swapping.

xx Amira

Hi all, I have edited the swap to make embossing "optional" for those who don't have a "pattern maker" (embossing machine). This is for that special person (you know who you are). xxA
