Description:

I will be hosting a series of stocking stuffer swaps from now until December, each one with a different theme. This time our theme will be "beautiful mail!"

You will choose 1 item for your partner to create beautiful with that is small enough to fit into a Christmas stocking, wrap it, stick a tag on it with the swap name and your user name, and mail it off. Minimum amount for this gift is 1.00

Ideas could be a roll of washi tape, a felt tip or gel pen, a rubber stamp, airmail envelopes, decorated envies, stationary, etc. Be sure to check your partners profile for ideas of things they would enjoy receiving that could fall into this category! I will allow store bought or handmade items for this swap, but if handmade, be sure they are high quality please!

As always, I reserve the right to ban anyone from this swap, and I will be checking profiles prior to assigning partners. No recent ones or threes, and absolutely no ones without a response ever. You must have completed at least 6 type 3 swaps with a rating of 4.9 and above to play.

If you receive a wrapped gift with a tag that is postmarked by the send by date, please rate a 5, hearts are your choice. Please rate your partner when you receive the gift, not when you open it!

Any question, as always, please feel free to ask below, or send me a personal message! Happy swapping!

Edited sign up and send by dates due to a family commitment that will conflict with the assign by dates I originally posted. I apologize if this causes any problems for anyone.

If you were going to send some stationery along with other beautiful mail things, you would have to fold the stationery to get it in a stocking. To me that would leave deep creases in the paper by Christmas. So is that alright..

I, personally would t have a problem, as my stocking is rather large, and a full sized notebook could fit into it. Perhaps you might add a tag that says do not bend? I would think some people may have larger stockings like mime, but others might have smaller ones. We do sometimes leave stocking stuffer gifts on the mantle next to the stocking that don't fit, so l guess, it is truly up to you to decide. My last piece of advice for anyone with a similar question, or issue, is to email your partner and let them know you have an item that might be too large for a smaller or regular sized stocking. Ask if they mind. And go from there. Books, magazines, letter sets, all of these items would be roughly the same shape and size when wrapped, so you wouldn't be giving away the gift by asking!
