For this swap you will have 1 partner, and will make them 1 ATC with a cupcake on it - as the theme! More than 1 cupcake is also fine! Do your best work - all media and mixed media welcome, just no sticker slapping! Regular ATC size of 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. Rating Requirements: No 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months. You must be rated for 30 type 2 or 3 swaps. I check profiles before assigning partners.
