I've created this swap to help the newbies get some-what established. I may do future email swaps and Type 2 swaps for newbies as well.

Rules / Guidelines

• Newbies are definitely welcome!
• Veteran members of any rating are also welcome. I think it's a good idea to help those who have messed up their ratings get a chance to redeem themselves.
• Hopefully no one flakes, but if they do, I can angel this swap.
