ISS: Lucky Parcel Swap - Valentine's

Lucky Parcel Swap, ISS style! This means that our swap will be adjusted slightly to keep the mailing costs low.

What is a lucky parcel? It's a themed swap that is packaged in a way that also continues that particular theme.

Items do not need to be individually wrapped, but you will need to send them in a way that follows the same theme.

For this swap, you will send 5 items to one partner. This is a Valentine's theme swap. Each item need not have a heart on it, but should relate to the theme of valentine's and love. This could include items red and pink in colour, things with hearts, roses which are the symbol of love and the flower for Valentine's, or things to do with love. Use your imagination :)

You may include one handmade item out of your 5 items.

Ideas For Items to Include

• notecard and envelope
• postcard
• cut outs for collage
• notepads
• post it notes
• ribbons
• candy
• stickers (one full sheet, and obviously no reward/teacher stickers)
• tags
• die cuts
• paper ephemera
• washi tape samples (min. 3 of 12" each as one item)
• postage stamps (red or pink or with flowers)
• photos
• crafting supplies

The packaging of your items must also reflect the theme. You may wrap your items in themed paper, create a pretty themed folder or envelope to go inside your mailing envelope, decorate a paper bag to package your items, or you may decorate the outside of your envelope in a matching theme. With lucky parcels, the container or packaging is equally important.
