Description:

This swap is for Valentine's Day CARDS (no postcards). These are store bought (or Zazzle type) but not homemade this swap -- sorry.

you will have 10 partners. Yes, it is a big commitment and it is hurtful not to receive when you have sent, so swap scores must be higher. (4.40). Also this swap is International and an ounce is currently $1.10 in the USA to send outside of the country - please keep that in mind. I will angel for flakers on this swap, but you must leave the appropriate "1" first (to be a warning for other hosts) and contact me, so I can send to you.

For those of you thinking to send the "kiddie type" that come multiple in boxes (here in USA), let me reassure you those type envelopes are usually not big enough (by US postal standards) to be delivered and if you have some somewhat bigger they may still cost extra postage to mail for being a non-standard size (sometimes 15 to 20 cents more per card). I don't want your partners getting mail with postage due. The envelope needs to be durable and of a postal-service acceptable size.

Thanks for looking! Any questions?

So can we use the kiddie cards?

You can... but, undersized envelopes have an extra surcharge of somewhere around 15 cents. Don't mail them from your mailbox at home (without checking postage rates from the post office) all your partners may receive Valentines with "Postage Due."

Also, if they are too small. There is a size cardboard they use at the P.O., they may be deemed, UNDELIVERABLE, and your partner may not receive at all. Best bet is to take at least one (inside the envelope) to your local post office and see if they need extra postage or are too small to send before even bothering to address them. That's your best bet. I am in a swap on here requiring to send the kiddie cards and I am mailing them in their envelopes inside larger envelopes to ensure delivery.

Most of those cards don't come with envelopes anymore.

I bought some retro ones (for another swap) that did come with those itty bitty envies - in fact I had to put them together, but I also have larger envies to put them in. :) So, do most of the kiddie ones come with real legit envies now?

Most don't come with any envies. Most you fold in half and it has a flap to stick it under or stickers to hold it together and you write To/From on the back.
