Poetry Swap

Simple swap! Send your partner a single poem in any form of poetry: haiku, lyrical, prose, free verse, narrative, etc.. I myself would prefer something written personally by the sender, but if you really don't have that poetry gene, the poem doesn't necessarily have to be yours. If you do decide to send something not from yourself, the only thing I ask is that the poem be meaningful or very beautifully written. Please do not Google something short and ridiculously simple or "elementary style", meant for little kids. You are definitely welcome to send more than one! Apart from the poem, please also write a letter to your partner about anything you want to talk about, perhaps explain what the poem means to you. The letter doesn't have to be very long, but be generous and don't just scribble down three sentences.
