Description:
Do you love to get your geeky craft on? Do you loveFirefly/Serenity? This is the swap for you! Each participant will send at least ONE handmade Firefly themed craft to another international participant. These items can be knitted, sewn, painted, sculpted, hand-drawn, repurposed or recycled, baked.... anything that your gorram heart desires. Jewelry and wall art are also acceptable. Anything goes! Please remember that if your crafts are fragile to package them well. Please make sure that you put some solid thought and effort into your item(s). Make sure you that would be happy to receive what you are sending out. EDIT 03/25/13: If there is something you do not want to receive, please mention it in the comments below, so your partner does not send you something you wouldn't like. Newbies welcome with a well-filled out profile. I will be checking profiles before assigning partners and banning swappers with questionable histories. @user2637 - This is the third one I've hosted in the series. In a few weeks, I'll put up another one. So far we've done Doctor Who, Buffyverse, and now Firefly... the next one is one I'm pretty excited about! :)

Does this include ATCs at all? I'd love to join, but I'm not good at any of the things already mentioned in the description.

@KGallifrey ..what I meant by profile-specific was, if you host one where the sender has to look at the receiver's profile and try to send something that they will like. I would love to join this one (still might) but I don't wear jewelry, so I would be a bit sad if someone made me jewelry. And reading my profile would prevent someone from sending jewelry. Does that make sense? I'm babbly today....

Wow. I can be a real ditz sometimes! Haha! Thanks for clarifying that. Now that I've re-read your original comment I'm not sure how you could have been any clearer. :P

I've always thought that checking profiles was kind of a given; but I will definitely add this to the description and send an Email to those already in the swap informing them that it's now a requirement. :)

@drgngirl Art is acceptable. If your partner states in their profile that they like ATCs, feel free to send them a few. If it doesn't state ATCs, why not make them a larger scale version as an artpiece?

Please don't send me jewelry. :) Would love ATCs or wall-art! Or sculpture, knitting, crochet, sewing! So many things, but not jewelry. :D
