Hello everyone! Who doesn't have a few of those floater socks lying around in your drawer or in the laundry room? Well now's the time to put them on a bit of an adventure! In this swap you will have two parteners to send to, to each you will send a sock that you can't find a match for! Along with that sock you write a note of either how you got the pair of socks, something that happened while wearing the socks, how the other one got lost, or write a story of how the tragic loving mate was lost, or how the matching one went on an adventure of its own! So summary; you will have two partners, each of which you send ONE sock that has no mate, then write a quick note of something about the sock(: easy peasy my friends! All newbies welcomed, NO FLAKERS. No rating for a chance for redemtion! (Please don't let us down!) I reserve the right to ban if you seem sketchy, filled out profiles are always a good thing but not nessesary in this case(: ALSO; Please, please, PLEASE! DO NOT SEND YOUR DIRTY SOCK. It has to be in pretty decent condition, no holes & cleaned! Keeping it regional for postage sake, but if enough swappers & requests I'll make an international one. Any questions please ask! Always willing to help, and let me know if the instructions aren't clear! Happy Swapping(:

I would likely join but I got rid of all the orphan socks last month (someone on freecycle was making coin purses for Xmas presents from sock orphans). I would have to buy a set of socks and write about how they went on vacation to two locations!

Too Cute! I'm curious as to what your plan is for the socks. I'd love to know how to do the coin purses. I'll have to google that one. I would love to have a variety for a cute advent calendar I saw. What is everyone else doing??

So timely -- I wrote a lost sock poem over the week end and I certainly can find a lonely sock to put out of it's misery and send on to a partner.
