Description:

I have been giving this idea some thought for a while now, and I know that I can not be the only one who has a collection of those small or short recipes that would fit on an atc. Easy recipes shrunken down from a Google search would work too. I know that they will take up most of the room on the card, but please do a few little things to it besides gluing a recipe on a 2.5" by 3/5 " card.

Some suggestions are: adding something small on the corners like mini buttons, glitter, a gem, ribbon or anything small. Framing and glazing of some sort and/or coloring in the back ground. These are only suggestions so that it is not just a recipe on a card. Please sign and date the back.

This is sender's choice and if there is an interest, I may do more swaps of this sort, and make it more challenging by having a seasonal dish recipe or different topics like dessert ATC'S

Must have a rating of 4.95 or higher and at least 12 recent and consecutive 5's.

does it have to be the complete recipe - or can it be an ATC using a recipe (or part of a recipe) as part of the design?

The whole recipe for this swap. I see recipe post cards and thought that a recipe atc would be a unique addition to a collection.

I thought of this atc swap one day while working on my recipe journal. I often wondered if there would be an interest in a recipe journal page swap. I have loose leaf note books in which I have decorated pages fully with pix of foods, ribbon, and all sorts of things and added favorite recipes and tips to each page. I make pages for my daughter and she loves them. It is my decorated book of my recipes. I would like opinions as to if it would make a good swap or not........what do you all think?

The Stone Soup blog might be helpful - she does lots of five-ingredient-or-less recipes. They're usually pretty good too. I'm especially fond of her top 20 salads

Thanks, I love five ingredient or less recipes. Myrecipes.com is another good one to check out.

these are really super fun! I'm kind of addicted. I've made three so far, and three more are half-made, so....I guess I can angel if it becomes necessary?

thank you lady :)

I think this is a great idea. Maybe someday youl will host international version too?

northqueen 10/13/2012 #

Yes, or if you want to host then send us a message so that we can look for it. That is fine with me.
