If you don't have before pictures then just start snapping now. You can snap photos of whole garden, close ups, interesting angles, be creative. You can send the photos in the email or store them in a free photo sharing site and send the link in the email. Some places to store your pictures could be photobucket, imgur, flickr, picasa, fotki.
