Instructions show kimino paper as 5.5 x 12.5 cm am I reading that right?... My mock up does not look right.. Way to long. How long are your kiminos?... Do we need to follow dirctions 100%..?

My first doll kinda sucked, but then I made a small one to go on an ATC, and after that I kinda just did my own thing with the measurements and sizes. There are many sites out there about these dolls, and they vary in their execution. I think they are cool as hell by the way!

I sooooooo agree..The first one I made...drove me crazy... then I did my own "thang".... and L O V E making them.. Easiest way for me was to cut the oragami paper in half to the 3 x 6 size I think I've made about two dozen now.. LOL!!
