You may want to up the minimum amount. A magazine alone cost $3. :) what is a sachet?

WystericalViolets 05/ 8/2012 #

Have increased the minimum amount. A sachet is basically a packet. A single serving if you will.

Is the magazine senders choice or should we make it more profile specific (hoping they have mags on their profile that they like) or put listings here of what mags we like?

misscorina 05/ 9/2012 #

As it's an international swap does the magazine has to be in English

WystericalViolets 05/ 9/2012 #

It's senders choice but it may be an idea to check profiles as you wouldn't want to send say a magazine aimed for women with families to someone in their teens!

Magazines should be English or the native language of your partner. This is so they can enjoy them more.

too bad magazine in israel cost over 10$, the good ones that is :(

misscorina 05/13/2012 #

Same here in Holland, English magazines are way over $5.

emilynhr 05/16/2012 #

I'm in the US but I wouldn't mind a magazine in any language.

I would also accept a magazine in any language, I don't have to have mine in English to whoever gets me. You could even stretch the idea of a magazine into a logic puzzle book for me! (and they are way cheaper than a normal glossy magazine)

I have received a couple of swaps as of late with chocolate bars in them and they have melted on their journey to the house ... It may work better to place the chocolate bar in a ziplock bag to prevent it from smearing on the magazine. That way, if they should melt then in the fridge they go until consumption.

Just checked my partner's account, partially suspended and hasn't logged in since May 23rd. :( I guess I won't be receiving anything this round. Sigh! :(
