Childhood Memories Letter

I don't know about the rest of you, but when I write letters they usually tend to focus on the here and now, and very rarely look back unless I have a specific reason to. Ever since I became a mother last year I've often looked back at my childhood and remembered the things I loved, the tv programmes, books, school days and memories, so I thought it would be nice to create a swap where we shared those memories.

The usual group rules regarding letter length apply. Feel free to make your "childhood years" as long or as short as you like, although maybe we should put an upper limit of 18 on them? You can talk about any aspect of those years, it'll be nice to learn more about your formative years!
