--- 3 partners --- 10 5” print fabric charm squares (100% cotton fabric) to each partner --- total 30 charms sent

You will send 10 five inch fabric charm squares to each partner. You can send up to 2 charms alike, or send all different to each partner. You can send the same set to each partner.

Cut and measure as accurately as possible.

Send white on white print, brown on cream print, tan on brown, black on gray print, dark blue on light blue background,…etc. The goal is to send one color, two tones of that color. Any single color print is allowed, senders choice, but please no multi-colored prints.

I plan to use the tone-on-tone charms I receive as one half of my Half Square Triangle blocks.

Just to clarify, I understand this is a tone on tone swap and I understand that a bare minimum of 5 different fabrics need to be used to complete the requirements.

But should ALL ten charms be the same color or can each charm be a different color?

variety is the spice of life, go for as many different colors as you have

I found some neat dark green on lighter green I'm cutting into charms, and some tam on a darker shake of brown, and several others as well.

These are so handy when making Half Square Triangle Blocks

ooops, tan (not tam) on brown

That sounds great. Charm Squares are great for so many things. I use them for triangles and in my nieces twirl skirts as well.
