Description:
I have been on Swap Bot for awhile and I would love to have some long term penpals. I love writing back and forth to people. This is a simple swap. You will have one parter. To your partner, you will write a long letter. In this letter introduce yourself, talk about who you are, what you do, what you like, what makes you tick. When you receive your letter, write back. Continue this pattern of writing back and forth as long as you and your partner want to. The point of this swap is, like I said, to gain two long term penpals. Having friends in far away places is always fun! This will be a quicker swap with a week to sign up and then only five days to send. Write those letters and get them in the mail! Newbies are welcome with a well filled out profile. Please don't flake.

I'm over 45 -- in the exchange of partners I would want a partner close to my age and with simliar interests (although we don't have to be clones, otherwise that's no fun!) As the co-ordinator do you check for matching the age thing? Doesn't have to be exact. I wouldn't have too much in common with a 20-year old. Thanks.

@kerrydwynn It's not possible to choose the partners is it? I just click on "assign partners" and the computer does it all for me. If you do get paired up with someone that you find you don't have much in common with, you can always decide between the two of you to not continue writing. I'd give it a chance first though, I am only 22 and I've found that I have much more in common with people older than myself that I do with people my own age.
