This was the first thing to come to my mind :). Since Valentines day isn't too far away why not a Valentines Day theme swap. For this swap you will send your partner 1 Valentine (can be homemade, store bought or the little kiddie ones you can get) plus $5 of Valentines Day goodies (candy, stickers, stationery, pens, etc...).
