Along with the surprise, send your partner a short letter telling them why you choose those particular items.

Respectfully commenting/asking: 4.5 is a rather "relaxed" rating to participate in this swap. Will you be angeling if any participants flake?

The rating to participate the swap is indeed a little bit low. I'll be watching this swap, if it's gonna be changed then I'll join the swap! :D

oops sorry nevermind >< I saw after my comment that this one is regional!

Yes, I see what you are saying. I will change the rating for this swap. Thanks for the recommendations.

BambooPanda13 10/19/2011 #

wow, I agree with @Barkleysmommy that 4.5 was too lax, but then you just jump up to having to have a perfect 5? =( Makes me sad, oh well, maybe you'll host another with a slightly lower rating?

I say a 4.8 Rating is good...

Have fun you all. I know the host is trying to please, She cannot please everyone and it is hard to know where to make a rating be balanced.

I would think a 4.9 rating is about as fair as they come.

But the host has decided to make sure on this swap. Even though I cannot partake, I understand. She did jump far on it, but she wants the partners to be safe,

I went and looked and she is still new at hosting. I think, she is trying to err on the side of caution for this swap. I admire her for that.

Perhaps another swap she has she will do a lower than the 5 rating, but higher than the original number. As she learns she will find that perfect number for ratings.
