This is a swap for brand new samples (not swatched) of eyeshadow from an indie company or companies. It is a long swap because indie companies often have longer turn around times. You will purchase 5 sample size eyeshadows, and send to your partner. They can be all from one company or several but MUST be from companies that are still in business (none from your stash, lol). You may have the samples shipped directly to your partner or get them yourself and personalize and send them back out. Good companies for this (but not limited to) are - Brazen Cosmetics, Detrivore, Rock-a-Betty Beauty, Venomous, My Pretty Zombie, Moi Minerals, Darling Girl, Virus Insanity Eyeshadow, Tick Tock Cosmetics, Glamor Doll Eyes, Persephone Minerals. A good place to find indie beauty companies is on Etsy. Recipients can list in the comments their favorite color range and whether they like matte, glitter, sparkle, brights, neutrals, ect. or dislikes. Please try not to be too specific you can even let it be a total surprise! No specifying companies. No bad ratings if you don't like the color, ect. Have fun with this swap! It's a chance to discover a new eyeshadow company and possibly a new favorite shadow! (Keep in mind I cannot angel if your partner doesn't come through, I will gladly accept angels though.)

Would more people join if it were a sample swap? Would those people who have already joined be opposed to changing it?

I also prefer glitter/ non matte. I am fine with eiher a full size jar or the 5 samples.

I'm fine with the full size or 5 samples. I love all types of shadows :) I don't mind mattes, glittery, shimmer, etc :D Duochromes are the love though ^__^

Mattes and brights for me! But I wouldn't mind a surprise or two. I dislike duochromes.

I prefer really sparkly/shimmery warm-toned pinks/roses, purples, and neutrals. Mattes are OK if they are good ones (not chalky) and neutral-toned. Duochromes rock! No super-brights, greys, blues, or blacks :-(

I prefer anything but mostly cool tones but any colors work for me. I'm willing to be adventurous! =] Duochromes are a favorite!

I like pinks, purples, some neutrals, turquoise - teal, Love sparkle, glitter,duochromes. I like jewel tones, golds & silver for the holidays but nothing overly dark. I hope I am not being to specific and sounding bossy. Just don't want to end up with something I won't wear. Thank you! :)
