I used to have the same problem, but in college we were required to critique others student's work- it gets easier with practice, but try starting with safe topics first.

Comment: Really enjoyed reading for your email! thanks! My daughter is adopted! She is 22 months old. Hubby & I were in the delivery room when she was born and I cut the cord. Did you always know you were adopted or was there a certain age you found out? I think I want my daughter to always know, but I'm new at this. lol Have you met your birth mom? I stay in touch with ours, but don't want her in our daughter's life right now. Anyway, thanks again!
