Comment: 12/28/2020: Updating rating to a 3 as I received the ltr. electronically. The 3 is due to its lateness as well as being electronic (not meeting requirements). However, I am pleased to have received something. 2016: I hate, hate, HATE to do this, but I have put a lot of thought into this rating, and I'm going to follow through with it. It has been nearly a year with no contact from my partner (literally April 2016 – April 2017). I have tried to be as understanding and patient as possible as I know life and struggles had happened, and I wanted to be respectful of her difficult situation. However, considering the following: a) no contact received by my partner though messages (albeit unrelated to this swap) were read in June of 2016, b) In August of 2016, member outlined she is back and going to make good on her swaps, and c) last log on was September of 2016 . . . I do indeed believe it is time to rate and rate fairly. I am more than happy to re-rate if this swap ever does make it my way, but I think it’s fair to assume that member has no intentions of following through.
