Response: First off, I did not demand a five. I said I didn't know that you could give a 5 for a swap you received before late rating were even available. My misunderstanding. Secondly I will never regret trying to figure out what was wrong with my son's heart, instead of making sure I contacted you. This was the absolute worst swap experience I have had in the 4 years I have been swapping. I have always been able to work with fellow swappers before, rather it was from my end or there's. Compromise is in no way in your vocabulary. If my son had been sick before the swap I would not have signed up. It just so happens that the ATC was done before partners were assigned and an emergency happened. Life happens to all of us and I wish you the best in yours.
