Comment: 9/25/15 received jar with no items inside, instead it was a halloween scene. Notified sender and she said she would send items. 10/3/15 Received items. Items would not fill an 8 oz jar. Items were what I would call scraps, hastily thrown together. It should be noted that the sender is a newbie, and joined a type 3 swap which she did not meet the requirements of. The host said sender assured her she would send. Allowed her to join anyway despite having less than half the required swaps. Exercise caution when joining her swaps. 10/4/15 Going beyond a swaps expectations only counts if the swap fits the guidelines. I could knit an amazing sweater with a cat on it, but if the swap called for a dog, then I deserve a 3 rating. Scraps= leftover bits of larger items (yes even those that were purchased in a store)
